Victoria Birkbeck is the practice manager at CCIH, supporting CCIH’s work by handling organizational and administrative tasks. She has an BS in Family Studies, with a minor in Women’s Studies.

In her free time, she enjoys reading, cooking and baking, and being outdoors. She also volunteers with her local food co-op and participates in food policy groups around Chicago.
