ACT Tuition Payment Policy

Annual Tuition for the program is $1,200 for the in-person program and $1000 for the online program. The following payment plans are available:

  • Pay in full and receive a 5% discount ($950 for Online, $1,140 for In-person)
  • Pay in 4 quarterly payments throughout the year ($250 for Online, $300 for In-person)
  • Pay monthly September-June ($100  for Online, $120 for In-Person)

We will accept payment through Stripe, which can process credit, debit, or ACH transactions. We will also accept payment by Zelle or check.

Those who choose a monthly or quarterly payment plan must keep a payment method on file with CCIH, to be charged automatically on the agreed upon dates. There will be a $20 late fee for denied charges.

CCIH Event Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute or request a refund. All refund requests must be made in writing at least one week prior to the event and are subject to an administrative charge of $30. Alternatively, you may transfer your full registration fee to a future workshop. Cancellations and transfer requests made less than one week prior to event will not be honored and registration fee will be forfeited. Requests must be emailed to and will not be accepted by phone. We reserve the right to cancel the workshop, in which case participants will receive a full refund.
