Yang (she/her) is a relational, client-centered therapist who works with complex trauma and dissociation. She has experience supporting clients facing adjustment issues, chronic stress, and relationship challenges.

Yang creates a warm, non-judgmental space that fosters healing and genuine connection. Her approach integrates emotion-focused, somatic, relational, and client-centered therapies, while remaining flexible to each client’s unique emotional and cognitive experience. She helps clients explore their coping patterns and works toward greater self-understanding and radical acceptance.

Yang earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Rochester and completed her internship at the University Counseling Center. Originally from China, she brings a culturally sensitive lens to her work and creates a supportive space for clients navigating cross-cultural challenges. She is currently completing CCIH’s Trauma Fellowship.
