Izabela specializes in the treatment of complex trauma, PTSD, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and OCD. She works with adults affected by mental health concerns who are looking to reclaim their lives.

Izabela offers a compassionate, honest, direct, and nonjudgmental approach to treatment, fostering collaboration to help clients heal in a safe environment. 

She has worn many hats and had the privilege of working in adult education, healthcare, addiction, and mental health services for over 15 years. 

She speaks Polish and Spanish, and offers sessions in Polish. 

She brings her years of experience to the fellowship at CCIH in order to deepen her work with attachment theory and somatic healing practices, which she strives to incorporate in her holistic approach. Her practice is informed by her experience as an immigrant, an educator, and a social worker, connecting with clients with diverse experiences.
