She incorporates parts work, mindfulness, somatic practices, and psychoeducation on neurobiology to support clients in understanding how past experiences impact present functioning. She has experience working with adolescents and adults, assisting clients experiencing dissociation, emotional dysregulation, attachment issues, and disordered eating concerns.

Emily holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, and has worked in schools and community mental health outpatient treatment. She holds dual LCSW licenses in Illinois and California. Her style is warm, strengths-based, and collaborative. She honors and uplifts client’s inherent wisdom and incorporates curiosity and compassion into their work together.
