Yoga Nidra:  A Practice of Mindful Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided mindfulness meditation.  Through this process we are able to access inner healing.  Yoga Nidra is a powerful tool to help reduce stress, overcome insomnia, solve problems, and neutralize anxiety, fear, anger and depression.
